AGREEABLE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
• A £100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your chosen dates. Your date is not secured until this is paid.
• A 50% deposit is required before any work is carried out, by R4 Services, this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, this is due to staff, material & contractor fees that are organised for your requested work.
• Once work is complete, R4 Services will conduct a “walk around” before leaving the property where any issues may be raised & rectified whilst we are present and able to do so. There after, if any issues are brought to our attention, payment in full is required before any rectifications are made.
• Full payment must be made within 48 hours of job completion. If your invoice remains unpaid after 48 hours, a surcharge of £50 will be added to your bill, and £50 for each day thereafter until payment is made.
• Non payment of your invoice or surcharges will result in court proceedings to recover all costs, including legal fees
• We release ALL & ANY responsibility for damages made from improper use, alterations made by yourself or non following of advice given by R4 Services to services or installations we have carried out.
• Gardens must be completely clear before work begins by R4 Services. If R4 Services have to move personal items/garden furniture , any waste not agreed to be removed or anything alike, this may incur unspecified additional labour & waste charges, which will be dependent on the nature of items that require to be moved.
PLEASE NOTE: BY PAYING THE 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
